Sai Life Sciences allotted shares under its 2008 plan, increasing equity capital

Sai Life Sciences Limited announced the allotment of 54,500 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each under its Employees Stock Option Plan 2008, increasing the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 21,24,18,217 to Rs 21,24,72,716. The allotment was approved by the company's board of directors in a meeting held on October 12, 2026, and the exercise price per share was Rs 188.90.
