Biocon Limited reported securities dematerialization details to Indian stock exchanges on October 7, 2026

Biocon Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that details of securities dematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been furnished to stock exchanges, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and confirmed by KFin Technologies Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, in a certificate dated October 7, 2026.
