L&T Finance Limited issued Rs 800 crore in debentures to investors on a private placement

L&T Finance Limited has allotted 80,000 subordinated, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on a private placement basis, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 800 crore to identified investors on October 12, 2026. The debentures, listed on the Negotiated Trade Reporting Platform under the New Debt Market of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, carry a coupon rate of 8.57% per annum, with the first coupon payable on October 12, 2027, and a maturity date of October 10, 2036.
