Kaka Industries to migrate equity shares to the Main Boards of BSE and NSE

Kaka Industries Limited announced that its board approved the migration of the company's equity shares from the SME platform to the Main Board of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and a direct listing on the Main Board of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The board also appointed Mrs. Shreya Sancheti (DIN: 11532921) as an Additional (Non-Executive) Independent Director, effective October 12, 2026, subject to member and regulatory approvals.
