Semac Construction confirms securities dematerialization processing for quarter ending September 2026

Semac Construction Ltd., formerly Semac Consultants Limited, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming the processing of securities for dematerialization for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
