Amit International confirms securities dematerialization certification through MUFG Intime India

Amit International Limited, through its Registrar and Transfer Agent MUFG Intime India Private Limited, confirmed submission of a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period ended September 30, 2026, certifying dematerialization of securities and their listing on stock exchanges.
