KSH International to convene a board meeting November 4 to review financial results

KSH International Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six-month period ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. The trading window for the company’s securities will remain closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen on November 6, 2026, following the announcement of the results.
