Kanohar Electricals Limited confirms regulatory compliance with a certificate filed with Indian exchanges

Kanohar Electricals Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The certificate was received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company's registrar and share transfer agent, with SEBI registration number INR000004058.
