Homre Limited confirms regulatory compliance with BSE Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Homre Limited, formerly known as Triton Corp Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 12, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, as processed by MAS Services Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026; MAS Services Limited also confirmed in a certificate dated October 6, 2026, that securities received for dematerialization from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, were confirmed within 15 days and that the register of members was updated accordingly.
