KG Petrochem Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Ltd. for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Niche Technologies Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming the dematerialisation of securities and their listing on stock exchanges.
