Marc Loire Fashions Limited shareholders approved doubling authorized share capital at an EGM

Marc Loire Fashions Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its shareholders approved an increase in the company’s authorized share capital from Rs 8,00,00,000 divided into 80,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 20,00,00,000 divided into 2,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 10, 2026.
