Shining Tools Limited confirms timely dematerialization request processing per SEBI regulations

Shining Tools Limited informed the BSE Limited that it is enclosing a confirmation certificate received from M/s. Accurate Securities and Registry Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, pertaining to the processing of dematerialisation requests within the stipulated time limit as per SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
