Kemistar Corporation appoints Riddhi Parshwa Shah as Company Secretary, replacing Aesha Mashru

Kemistar Corporation Limited announced that the resignation of Ms. Aesha Mashru as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, a Key Managerial Personnel, will be effective from the close of business hours on October 12, 2026, due to personal reasons. Simultaneously, the company appointed Mrs. Riddhi Parshwa Shah (ACS: 53702) as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective October 15, 2026.
