SIS Limited announced it bought back 56,000 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each from the open market on October 12, 2026, through Elara Securities (India) Private Limited, at an average acquisition price of Rs 416.0840 per share, bringing the total number of shares bought back to 23,90,968.
