Sampark India Logistics restricts share trading ahead of financial results declaration

Sampark India Logistics Limited will close its trading window for share dealings from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited.
