Rapid Multimodal Logistics Limited confirms full dematerialization of shares in a BSE filing

Rapid Multimodal Logistics Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited, referencing Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, confirming that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received, according to a filing with the exchange on October 12, 2026.
