Indigo Paints Limited submitted a confirmation certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 12, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, as issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, registrar and share transfer agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
