Ceigall India Limited acquires 100% of Jam Khambhaliya Jamnagar Power Transmission Limited

Ceigall India Limited announced it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited to acquire 100% equity shares of Jam Khambhaliya Jamnagar Power Transmission Limited, which has subsequently become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceigall India Limited. The aggregate consideration for the acquisition was Rs 18,39,86,174, inclusive of a subscription cost of Rs 5,00,000, and the acquisition is linked to a Letter of Intent received from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited for a power transmission project.
