Econo Trade (India) Limited confirms securities dematerialization compliance with SEBI regulations

Econo Trade (India) Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange confirming receipt from M/s Niche Technologies Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, regarding securities for dematerialization for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
