Windlas Biotech appoints Mehra, Singh as directors while Dhariwal resigns as Chairman

Windlas Biotech Limited announced the appointment of Aashish Mehra and Soni Saran Singh as Additional Directors/Independent Directors, effective October 12, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Simultaneously, Vivek Dhariwal resigned as an Independent Director, also effective October 12, 2026, stepping down as Chairman of the Board and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, citing personal reasons and prior commitments.
