Jayant Agro-Organics confirms securities dematerialization processing per SEBI regulations

Jayant Agro-Organics Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange, confirming the processing of securities for dematerialization for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The certificate, provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, acting as the Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent, verifies that securities were confirmed to the depositories, listed on stock exchanges, and that the register of members was updated accordingly.
