Shreeshay Engineers Limited received confirmation from Bigshare Services regarding share regulation compliance

Shreeshay Engineers Limited informed the BSE Limited that it received a certificate from M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, dated October 03, 2026. Bigshare Services Private Limited confirmed that the regulation is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as shares are in demat form and no requests for rematerialisation or dematerialization were received.
