Kalpataru Limited confirms regulatory compliance for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Kalpataru Limited, on October 12, 2026, submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, registrar and share transfer agent of the company, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
