Kaka Industries confirmed full dematerialization of shares in a BSE filing October 12, 2026

Kaka Industries Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 12, 2026, confirming that Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation or dematerialisation requests were received, according to a certificate from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited.
