Sanchay Finvest Limited relocates registered office to Mumbai after Ministry approval

Sanchay Finvest Limited has completed the statutory process for shifting its registered office from the state of Madhya Pradesh to the state of Maharashtra, effective September 29, 2026, following approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The company’s registered office is now located at 806, 8th Floor, Dev Plaza, 68, S.V. Road, Andheri Railway Station, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400058, previously located at 209, Rajani Bhawan, 569, M.G. Road, Indore - 452001.
