Alkali Metals Limited appoints Y.V. Prashanth as Executive Director for three years

Alkali Metals Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Y.V. Prashanth (DIN: 00345418) as an Executive Director w.e.f. 12th October 2026 for a period of 3 years, subject to approval at the company’s ensuing Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM), according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited. Mr. Prashanth previously served as an Executive Director of Alkali Metals Limited and is the son of Sri Y.S.R. Venkata Rao, the Managing Director and Promoter of the company, and the brother of Ms. Y. Lalithya Poorna, a Non-Executive Director and Promoter Group Shareholder.
