IDFC FIRST Bank disclosed securities dematerialization details via KFin Technologies, per SEBI regulations

IDFC FIRST Bank Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that details of securities dematerialized or rematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been furnished by KFin Technologies Limited, the bank’s Registrar & Transfer Agent, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
