Garuda Construction confirms securities details were furnished to Indian exchanges

Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited, in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 12, 2026, certified that details of dematerialized and rematerialized securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been furnished to both exchanges, while Cameo Corporate Services Limited confirmed that no demat requests were received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as no shares of Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited are held in physical mode.
