R&B Denims confirms all shares are dematerialized, impacting regulatory requirements

R&B Denims Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that, based on a certificate received from Bigshare Services Private Limited, Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in dematerialized form and no requests for rematerialization or dematerialization were received.
