Shyamkamal Investments Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 12, 2026, confirming receipt from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, regarding securities for dematerialization for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
