Jyoti Structures confirms securities dematerialization acceptance through Bigshare Services

Jyoti Structures Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that securities received for dematerialization up to September 30, 2026, were accepted and that the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled after verification by Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company’s registrar and transfer agent.
