High Energy Batteries (India) Limited has submitted a certificate to the National Securities Depository Limited and BSE Ltd for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, as confirmed by Cameo Corporate Services Limited, the company’s Registrar to an issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).
