Cura Technologies confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Cura Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the non-applicability of the regulation due to all shares being held in demat form and no requests for rematerialization or dematerialization received.
