Revathi Equipment India confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ending September 30, 2026

Revathi Equipment India Limited, formerly Renaissance Corporate Consultants Limited, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
