KFin Technologies confirms regulatory compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

Hinduja Global Solutions Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
