Sam Industries Limited confirms no demat requests received in Q3 2026, per SEBI rules

Sam Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has received a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s. Ankit Consultancy Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming no demat and remat requests were received during that period.
