Suratwwala Business Group confirms no dematerialization securities received in second quarter

Suratwwala Business Group Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it is enclosing a certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, pertaining to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that no securities were received for dematerialization during that period.
