Kanungo Financiers confirms securities dematerialization compliance with SEBI regulations

Kanungo Financiers Limited, in a filing with the BSE Limited on October 12, 2026, reported receiving a certificate from Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, confirming the dematerialization of securities for the period ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
