P N Gadgil Jewellers Limited submitted a certificate of compliance under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, confirming the dematerialization of securities and their listing on stock exchanges, with Bigshare Services Private Limited acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
