Nibe Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a Non-applicability Certificate from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
