D & H India Limited to discuss warrant issue update at board meeting

D & H India Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, 15th October 2026, to consider and discuss an update on the ongoing preferential issue of 21,57,000 warrants of Rs 151 each, for which in-principle approval from BSE Limited is pending.
