Indergiri Finance plans a Rs 1,000 Lakhs rights issue, approved by BSE Limited

Indergiri Finance Limited will hold a Rights Issue Committee meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026, to finalize details of a proposed rights issue of up to Rs 1,000 Lakhs to its eligible equity shareholders, following an in-principal approval from BSE Limited with reference number LOD/RIGHT/RB/FIP/906/2026-27 dated October 07, 2026.
