Denta Water receives certificate confirming no share dematerialisation requests were received

Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it received a certificate from Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pertaining to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming no requests were received for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026.
