FILTRA Consultants receives confirmation from Bigshare Services regarding shareholding status

FILTRA CONSULTANTS AND ENGINEERS LTD informed the BSE Limited that it has received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, from Bigshare Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming that the regulation is not applicable to the company as all shares are held in demat form.
