Aqylon Nexus Limited confirms regulatory compliance with a certificate filed with Indian exchanges

Aqylon Nexus Limited, formerly known as Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 12, 2026, concerning compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The certificate, dated October 3, 2026, was received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company's registrar and transfer agent.
