Aegeus Technologies withdraws appointment of Thulasi Dass L as VP – Operations

Aegeus Technologies Limited informed the BSE on October 12, 2026, that the proposed appointment of Mr. Thulasi Dass L as Vice President – Operations, a Senior Management Personnel, has been withdrawn due to his inability to assume charge for unforeseen personal reasons, superseding the company’s earlier communication dated September 24, 2026.
