Gabion Technologies India confirms RTA compliance certificate for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Gabion Technologies India Limited confirmed it has received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited (RTA) regarding compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, stating that securities comprised in the certificate have been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and that the certificate has been mutilated and cancelled.
