Vipul Limited’s board will convene October 15 to review first-quarter financial results

Vipul Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Thursday, October 15, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per Regulation 29 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
