Polyplex Corporation confirms compliance with SEBI regulations via KFIN Technologies

Polyplex Corporation Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that KFIN Technologies Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, regarding the timely dematerialization of the company's equity shares.
