BlackBuck Limited transfers Loads Business Undertaking to subsidiary for business restructuring

BlackBuck Limited, formerly Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited, announced that its Board of Directors approved the transfer of its Loads Business Undertaking as a going concern to its wholly owned subsidiary, BlackBuck Transport Services Private Limited, on a slump sale basis. The revenue of the Loads Business Undertaking for fiscal year 2025-2026 was Rs 887.43 million, representing 12.6% of BlackBuck Limited's total income, while its net worth as of March 31, 2026, was Rs 9.88 million, representing 0.07% of the company's net worth. The transaction, considered a related party transaction, will be based on the net asset value of the transferred business and is intended to restructure BlackBuck’s businesses and improve operational efficiency.
